业务流程
前期的沟通
商务代表与意向客户进行详细沟通，结合客户行业特征、企业文化及区域的气候、环境等因素，为客户提供多种（功能）面料、款式选择，进行详细的介绍，解除客户的疑问，提供设计方案，双方达成共识。
合同的签署
公司与客户再次沟通，双方就数量、材质、款式、价格等因素进行最终确定，并签订服装定制合同。
样衣制作
根据定制合同，安排出样与客户沟通确认。
特色量体
派专业的技术人员以“顾问式”上门为客户单位员工逐个进行套码、量体服务，按照不同的体型及穿着习惯，不同的规格剪裁制做，确保衣着合体，并将所量取的数据进行记录。
下单、生产
技术部门根据合同条款及量体数量，下达生产制作（工艺）单，并存入计算机实行服装档案管理，以便续单，同时生产部门严格按照工艺及款式要求制作。
供货方式及意见的反馈
服装制作完毕后，送货至客户指定地点，同时客服代表协助客户统一派发，并及时收集信息，若有某方面问题，公司负责调整，调整完毕后送达客户。
售后服务
