公司以产品设计中心、制造中心及表面处理中心为主要发展框架，全方位开放式管理模式，培养员工创新意识，全面提升产品品质。公司开发团队由多名研究生、本科及经验丰富的工程师组成，团队第一宗旨是提升人们的生活品质，为我们共同实现小康社会而不懈努力。
2011年，公司注入设备资金、产品设计、模具开发、无形知识产权、厂房基础建设达千万元，加大公司投入力度，着重开发满足广大消费者对产品的需求。
